We have no influence oversize, and we process your requests entirely to your chosen measure. On the off chance that it isn’t as indicated by fit, sent a demand to the client benefit group inside three (3) days after the entry of item. Note, there will be no profits/trade of erroneous sizes following three days for standard and custom items. It is fundamental that you cross check your estimations deliberately before submitting a request.
In case the color differs from the online image, sent a few pictures of the ordered product within (3) days. We will replace it or refund the cash only when non-availability of color. (Conditions Applied)
No exchange or refunds will be issued on ordering products for trial purpose.
Cancellation of Order:
Any request for order cancellation will be issued as per the clauses mentioned below:
- Confirm cancellation within (3) days of order or will result in a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
- However, if requested cancellation is within a (7) days, there will be 45% deduction from the item amount.
- No requests for order cancellation will be done after (7) days of confirmation.
Each product we receive for return or refund is inspected by the quality control department to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website.
If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then you will get a replacement shipped at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email and specifying the extent of damage within (24) hours.
We inspect each piece carefully before being shipped. Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case of Return or Exchange jacket must be returned in original packing and condition with tags attached, we offer 3 days exchange guarantee (except for shipping costs). For USA residents, we only accept returns through USPS courier service.
We strongly recommend buyers to double check their requested size while placing an order. Due to different sizing standards currently present worldwide, buyers can tend to select wrong size by mistake. We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website.
If the return falls outside of the 3 day return period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
Product returns can only be accepted if the original label/hangtag have not been removed.
Unworn return product that have missing label/hangtag may get 50% refund after careful inspection. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return approval to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than two products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $5 to $30, depending on the alteration required.
